This awesome pie originally created by Michelin chefs The Alinea Group was featured in Vogue and then recreated by cinemagraph artists @kitchenghosts. It takes on a colour and transparency that reminds me of a faceted danburite, like the one in the picture sporting a trademarked”virtual reality” cut which I’ve never seen before but with which I am now in love.
